Julia Vamvakaris (she/her) grew a passion for the dramatic arts in her childhood home living room, where she would perform for her grandmother variations of "So You Think You Can Dance", through character bits and songs. Through the love of singing and performing, she discovered voice acting in her final year of high school and knew immediately what career path to follow. Julia moved to British Columbia, alone at eighteen, to study acting at Capilano University. As a recent graduate of the Acting for Stage and Screen program, she is well versed in performance on stage, screen, and through voiceover.

Julia grew up in Aurora, Ontario, where she spent her time in a small town, going between the arts and athletics. Julia began vocal training at age six and has carried that passion and practice to the present day. Alongside singing, she has taught herself the acoustic guitar, which allows her to build her craft of songwriting. Writing has always been a strong skill for Julia, with a main focus in writing poetry and a goal to one day have her own poetry book. When taking a break from her creative side, Julia enjoys staying active through weight training, sinking three pointers, hiking, and is now beginning to explore the martial art of Muay Thai.
